Outdoor products often include many connected parts. A complete return protects the equipment during transit and helps our inspection team resolve your request without unnecessary delays.
01
Clean and fully dry every surface.
Moisture trapped inside tents, tarps, sleeping bags, chairs, or storage sacks can cause permanent material damage.
02
Count every included component.
Check poles, stakes, cords, covers, adapters, charging cables, wheels, hardware, pumps, straps, and manuals.
03
Remove all fuel and consumable materials.
Camping stoves must never be shipped with fuel canisters, liquid fuel, charcoal, ignition materials, or food residue.
04
Protect rigid and fragile parts.
Secure lantern lenses, wagon frames, chair hardware, stove controls, cot rails, and tent poles so they cannot move in transit.
05
Use a durable outer shipping carton.
Do not apply carrier labels directly to retail packaging, fabric storage bags, product cases, or exposed gear surfaces.
